Hi, friends! Today’s blog post is all about a favorite Fall outfit of mine. These pictures were taken in Malibu by Hanna Snyder of Miramar Photo. This white V-Neck sweater and bralette are both from Free People and so, so comfy! I’m also obsessed with these lighter jeans that I don’t normally buy (I’m just more of a dark wash denim kind of gal), but I’m so glad that I did. I even bought these online (such a risk taker, I know) and they fit me perfectly! They are the Bp brand from Nordstrom. The bag that I’m wearing with this outfit is from Tilly’s. Lastly, I got these Blondo booties from Nordstrom and they are my new favorite boots for Fall! They are also waterproof and the color goes with so many different outfits (highly recommend).
I also wanted to give you guys a little update on my blog. When I first started my blog, I had big dreams in where I wanted my blog to go. I still have those big dreams, but maybe just in a different way. I hate to admit it, but I’m just not seeing the growth I had hoped for in all of my previous posts. So I think I’m going to hold back from posting lifestyle pictures and do more of strictly outfit posts and flatlays incorporated with some beauty posts every now and then. The reason for this is that I just don’t have a glamorous lifestyle to keep up with. If you read one of my very first blog posts, you know that I live at home with my parents to take care of them. They both have different forms of dementia and make my life a little stressful to say the least. I’m thinking about doing a blog post in the near future about what it’s like to be a caretaker for both of your parents while being in your 20’s and a newlywed at the same time. I’ve recently discovered that there are many other bloggers out there who are also millennial caretakers like myself. It does give me hope knowing that I’m not the only one in this situation which is why I want to share my story with you all one day. With that said, you will start to see a difference in not just my posts on my blog, but also on my Instagram. I’ll stop here but please feel free to ask me any questions : )
